Duties and Responsibilities:

• Responsible in administration of assigned company and all government benefits.
• Attend to the queries of employees regarding assigned benefits (company-given and government mandated).
• Address concerns (membership reporting, monthly contribution, loans, maternity and others) in the area of government-mandated benefits such as SSS, Philhealth, Pagibig.

COMPANY NURSE:

• Responsible for providing nursing care to injured or ill employees, visitors & guests.
• In charge of providing basic healthcare services and assess the health and wellness exposure to risk.
• Administer first aid treatment and immediate medical relief, as needed.
• Assist all injured employees to the nearest hospital, as needed.
• Maintain records of all employee’s medical history and other similar records.
• Conduct inventory of medicines and other medical supplies.
• Request and maintain medicine supplies for all employees.
• Promote health wellness and educate trending health advisory.

ADMINISTRATION:

• Prepares all required reports on time.
• Performs other duties that may be assigned by Immediate Superiors or higher authority.

Qualifications:

• College Graduate of Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing. Professional License is an advantage but not required.
• At least 2 years work experience as Company Nurse/ First Aider.
• With at least 6 months work experience in administering mandated government benefits.
